No homework for Tuesday and Wednesday due to Illinois Science Testing

 * Students will have science testing on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. On Tuesday, there will be two tests (The first will be at 10:30am, the second will be at 12:00pm) and on Wednesday there will be one test (at 10:30). Make sure to get a good nights rest and eat a hearty breakfast! 

* Grades are due Wednesday for Q4 progress reports. Please make sure to turn in all missing work and take any AR quizzes on books you have read so that you get ful credit for your work! 

Homework for Monday, April 24th

1. Read for 20 minutes and take AR quizzes once you have completed a book. The next AR check is next week, by which time you should have met 75% of your goal. This will count as a reading grade on your progress report
2. Progress Reports go home next Friday. Grades are due Wednesday night. Turn in all missing work and any retakes asap!

2. Reread pages 38-39 in Promises to Keep. We will be taking an assessment tomorrow that covers these pages. (On page 39, Jackie's letter is written in cursive. If that is hard for you to read, please get a copy of the typed-out letter from Mr. Brandstrader.)

We had a great first day back, especially with the outstanding weather!

2. Today I had students bring home any unused composition and spiral notebook so they can be stored and used next year in 6th grade.
